What Causes The Cramps And Bloating Of Stomach With Discomfort?

i started ivf treatment but it was cancelled on the 10th day. only 3 eggs had matured so the doctor said since i had many eggs we start again the following month with different medication. my cycle is normally 28 days and im now on cycle day 35-i have slight cramps like my periods are coming;on cycle day 28 i had strong cramps and bloating and i was so sure my periods were coming, stomach discomfort. could this mean i am pregnant

If you have 3 mature eggs on day 10 and now you are over due, so yes it CAN be because of pregnancy. Do a pregnancy test to confirm it. I wish you all the best.
