Doctor I am diagnosed with tricuspid regurgitation and enlarged aorta. given medication. I have mild symptoms of feeling full soon after eating, swollen ankles, fatigure and shortness of breath. I am 78 years old. is it anything to worry? They asked me to take fluids upto a total of 1500 mL

kindly balance your fluid intake and do regular slow small walks. take a guidance from a physical therapist after taking a permission from your cardiologist. the physical therapist may help you understand the simple exercise and benefits of it for your case.
