Since hte stool is showing pus cells you need to be started on another antibiotic active against intestinal infection like Ofloxacin but needs a prescription from your Doctor, proper dosages and duration. Take the medications till cured and also send the urine sample for review, stool for review and blood tests to see for WBC increase and liver, kidney functions. You may take banana, curds and rice if there is no nausea or vomiting. Paracetamol if the fever persists. If required you need hospitalization for proper intravenous fluids, electrolytes and antibiotics for early recovery, to maintain hydration and electrolyte balance.
