What Causes Stomach Pain Post A Meal ?

I am a 40 yr old female weighing 160lbs at 5'2". I have been having upset stomache immediately after meals for a couple of weeks off and on. I have also been suffering from backache and sciatic nerve pain. Tonight I felt like I needed to have a bowel movement and had only a small one with maroon colored blood and pus in it. I am afraid of what may be wrong. What is the most likely cause of the bleeding and could the backache and sciatic nerve pain be related to it?

infection or inflammatory bowel condition .
