What Causes Spotting During 5 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I think I am around 5 weeks pregnant hcg is rising very slow. 5/2 330, 5/4 540, 5/9 590, 5/11 620. Progestrone on 5/2 5.5 and on 5/9 only at 7.5. Will I miscarry? Is it ectopic? Is there a possibility of a vanishing twin? I had a period on March 14th for 3-4 days then again on April 14th for 3-4days. Spot bleed later on April 24th for one day. Days don't match up. Nurse thinks that was not my period on April 14th.

It sounds like you are likely to miscarry.. Get a scan done to see for any ectopic pregnancy.. Wait for another 1 more week and repeat hcg to see for the values.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day
