What Causes Spotting After Sex?
I have hypothyroidism, pcos, & diabetes. I have lost 25lbs, but am still 50lbs overweight. In March, my metformin was increased to 2000mg daily. My sugars are controlled. I have been trying to concieve for 12 months. I seem to ovulate regularly but my cycle ranges from 28-32, so I'm not sure when I ovulate exactly. At 3-5 dpo, I had Brown spotting after sex, just once when I wiped, what can cause this?

This could be due to intercourse itself or due to ovulation. There are kits available to check whether you are ovulating or not. It can help you. Having minimal lower abdomen cramps, watery discharge and mild spotting are the symptoms of ovulation. You can also do follicular study by scan which tells your ovulation and rupture of follicles exactly. Follow whatever your doctors have told for other medical conditions and lifestyle modification. Do not loose hope at any point of time. Be calm. Stress itself is an adverse effect for conception.
