What Causes Sore Throat With Blisters?

I was wondering if adults can get Hand Foot and Mouth disease, my 26 year old daughter has a very sore, very red throat you can see blisters on it. she has no fever and havent noticed a rash anywhere, this looks different from strept throat she has had several times. She says it feels different-she is very tired as well

Hand foot disease is blisters in mouth and other places like hands. It may not present only with mouth blisters.
Your daughter might be having blisters which can be a sign of lowering immunity due to repeated strep infections.
Kindly do ASLO titre to see load of infection and consult your doctor
