What Causes Sore Throat, Joint Pain And Headache?
hello, i have been experiencing night fever, a mild sore throat, body & joint pain with headache for the past two days. there is no cough or cold. i took 2 tabs of tylenol last night and felt a little relief but tossed in bed all night.. now it s starting all over again..it s night time where i m at..i ve been resting all day and not missing meals though i have only a little appetite & have been drinking a lot of fruit juice & water as well..please help!

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of sore throat, joint pain and headache. Well the symptoms you mention in query probably occurring due to bacterial/viral infection. Take ibuprofen for headache. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination as infection has already spread. Doctor may order throat swab test , viral culture test , complete blood profile and examine ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics drugs at least for a week along with decongestants and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic specialist for severe joint pain. For now do warm saline gargles , take steam , take proper rest , keep yourself hydrated and apply dry hot compresses to ear .
