What Causes Sore Throat, Dizziness, Varying Heart Rate, Tiredness And Fainting Spells?

i have a sore throat, feel dizzy/lightheaded, heart rate varys from either beating very fast, to very slow, i have a cough, feel very slow, being up walking around for just 5 minutes i feel exhausted, and last night i fainted 3 times within a 5 minute period

You have to rush to the ER / Hospital if the history is so severe.
Your history says you have sore throat, dizziness, varying heart rate cough and all the things you have mentioned.

You need to have a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations for a correct diagnosis and treatment.
This may be a multi-specialty treatment including the Cardiologist, ENT and Physician.
