What Causes Solid Lesions With Numbness In Toes & Foot?
53 years old - 6 2 tall - 210 lbs. Heterogeneous mass lesion measuring 8.6 x 5.0 x 4.7 cm . Consistent w/ Solid lesion . It lies deep to the proximal gastrocnemius musculature. Two other smaller like lesions near by also . Can you tell me possibly what this is ? also,I have severe numbness in entire calve and foot , shooting pains in all of the toes on right foot . Extreme pain if ever I hit that spot .

Although in such lesion taking biopsy and examining it is confirmatory. The differential diagnosis consist of:
- Herniated baker cyst
- Muscle tumor
- Nerve lesion like neurofibroma
- Bone tumor (Benign or malignant)
I shall advise you to go for biopsy to confirm the lesion.
