What Causes Small Wet Patches Before Urinating And Pain In Stomach?

9 year old daughter noticing small wet patches in her pants before urinating. Urine is not cloudy, bloody or smelly. Had sharp itense pain in left hand side of her tummy, was tender to touch and crying with pain. Gave calpol, which has eased the pain considerably. Could she have an urine infection?

It looks like she is suffering from urinary tract infection.
I recommend you to do a uroculture to determine the right antibiotic for her.
Trimethoprim -sulphometoxazol is first line treatment for simple UTI.
Consult her pediatrician before giving her any drugs.
