Is There Any Side Effect From Continued Intake Of Paracetamol Tablets?
I am 57 yrs and for last five days I am suffering from high fever. doctor said it is viral fever.doctor prescribed me calpol 650 paracetamol tab and ask me to take if high fever is there.up till now i consumed 7 tab as high fever suffered me lot. is there any harm if i consumed more such tab? Please advice

Hi,
You can take Paracetamol, Dolo SOS whenever you have fever, headache or body ache. You should not use paracetamol more than 3 gm per day. There are no much side effects if taken intermittently. Using it for longer time or frequently or in high dosage may cause few side effects.
