What Causes Slight Double Vision?

My right eye has been blurry, similar to slight double vision, since this morning. Did not hit it or anything. I figured I would go in to the Dr tomorrow if it continues, but someone at work said I should go to the Dr immediately. Suggestions? Causes?

you need not immediately. refraction is to be done. ocular muscle movement it can be recorded cataract to be excluded. you have not given your age or other disease history. you should see whether diplopia is uni ocular or binocular if uni ocular retinal tear to be excluded.
