What Causes Significant Bruising And Bleeding With Any Injury?

hi I am 39 yrs of age i have a blood dissorder which causes me to have significant bruising when i get a injury and I tend to have a lot of bleeding. I was benging down to pick up something and struck my forhead on a metal bar. Ihave had some tingling in my face and speech interuption headach ect. should i be worried aboutsubdural hematoma?

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. If you are having a clotting disorder, which increases risk of thrombus, any injury, however mild needs to evaluated with caution.
2. If you have hit metal bar harder and if you have neurological symptoms, internal bleeding or thrombus formation requires evaluation along with possible hematoma evaluation. CT/MRI is necessary.
3. Meet your doctor and watch out for dizziness, severe head ache or loss of consciousness episodes. Neurological symptoms are not good for your, go to your doctor at once.
