What Causes Shaking Of The Body And Increased Heartrate

I went to the ER on the 17th because both of my forearm muscles felt as if they were stretching and twisting, my arms started shaking within hours of waiting in the waiting room my entire body started shaking uncontrollably. The doctors gave me IV and checked my blood work and said nothing was wrong with my blood. But it is now the 24th, its been 8 days and my arms are still shaking uncontrollably and lately my heart has been racing out of nowhere at times which concerns me. I am 19 years old, I don t know much of my medical history other than my father had diabetes and lymphoma cancer and my mother has lupus. I have mild asthma and have constant migraines.
