What Causes Severe Pain Under Left Ribs During Pregnancy?

I am 21 weeks pregnant and have severe Pain tucked up under the left ribs. Do you think this is splenic flexure syndrome? Is there anything I can do for relief? It hurts to walk, breath, and even move. Since my uterus is only just above my belly button, I don t think that the pressure from the baby would be the cause.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the pain under left ribs might be muscular pain.Dont worry.Some types of non specific pain occur in pregnancy which subside spontaneously.Take panadol for pain abd apply hot fomentation and local irritants.Avoid physical strain and take rest.
