What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen And White Tissue In The Urine With Rectocele?

I am a 41 year old female. I have been diagnosed with a rectocele and also have some bladder leakage. I have had a hysterectomy, but have 1 fallopian tube. (has polyps) I have had, in the past, on a few occasions severe pain in my lower abdomen on both sides and what appears to be white tissue in my urine. This has happened again today and I am a bit worried. I dismissed it previously, thinking maybe the toilet had not been flushed beforehand, but now I am sure that is not the case. My last urinalysis revealed crystals in my urine, but my MD was not too worried. What do u think?
