Hello,

i had through the case and found that normally lower back pain appear before chicken pox appear.

It might be persist for few days due to weakness.but if it is increasing in severity then go for proper checkup.

Take multivitamin and calcium for better health.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
