What Causes Severe Headache,vomiting,nausea And Double Vision?

I have a history of Thyroid Cancer but recently I have been having symptoms that are not related to my previous illness. The symptoms that I am experiencing are severe headache, vomitting, nausea, double vision and sometimes difficulty of speech. I am worried with all these symptoms it could lead to other illness. Should I be worried?
