What Causes Severe Headaches Just Preceding And During Ejaculation?
I am 65 and have been taking alpha blockers (5mg nightly) for some time for my BPH. Of late, I get a severe headache (some time at the back of my head, often in my temples or right behind my eye) just preceding and during ejaculation. What should I do, if anything? Thanks.

Sex headaches are usually normal and could be due to the stress associated with it. but unnatural headaches needs attention. Therefore, I suggest consulting a specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.
