What Are The Side Effects Of Flotral Tablets?

I was diagnosed as suffering from BPH during march 2011. The doctor prescribed tablet tamdura for 6 months and later tablet flotral 10mg for next 4 months. Now the flotral 10mg is made alternate days in the morning after food. The PVR in the begining was 150cc and 80cc after 6 months. Now it is informed by the doctor that PVR is almost nil. Kindly guide me how long I have to take the flotral tablet & what are the side effects if it is continued for a long period. I was taking tablet enam 2.5 mg in the morning and evening (1-0-1) for hypertension. But it is now stopped after started taking this tablet as my BP has become normal.
