What Causes Severe Headache, Teeth Ache, Ear And Eye Pain?

have a friend...type 1 diabetic began using street drugs & prescription pills regularly several months ago. he's under a great deal of stress & isnt coping well. he began getting severe headaches a few wks ago...headache can be constant & take days to go away; however shooting pain behind his eyes...teeth ache...stabbing pain in ear (same side as eye pain)...those symptoms make him inable to drive, to sleep, etc. he has no sinus pressure or drainage. no tooth infection. i realize unhealthy choices are being made but these secondary symptoms...could they just be from insufficient sleep...are they migraines...or should we be more concerned because this is more severe?

hai.diabetes itself can be a major cause for all such neuropathic pains
this sort of headache can be due to migrane, trigeminal neuralgia, cluster headache due to excessive stress,or due to sinusitis,or any local infection
change of lifestyle,& destressing will help a lot.
CT or MRI brain can be done to rule out all all these problems.
TAB PARACETOMOL(650 mgs ) on regular basis will do wonders for the pain.
takecare.
