What Causes Severe Headache After Recovering From Fever?

fever and a really bad headache. She saw a doctor 3 days ago because she had a sore throat and fever and was placed on Cephalexin, until the culture results come back. Her fever went away for a day but now it came back accompanied by bad headheaches. Whats wrong?
