What Causes Severe Dizziness And Nausea?
I woke up this morning at 6 am with severe dizzyness and nausea. I could not walk and crawled to the bathroom thinking I was going to be sick. The only position I am comfortable in is on my right side. Every time I move the dizzyness comes back. I ve kept 1 piece of dry toast and a mug of ginger mint tea down. Should I head over to the local nursing station or just wait it out?

First mention your age. first thing you rule out is hypertention and diabetes, better thing is to visit a doctor.
