Ive been having severe menstrual like cramping for 4 days and tonight I've had a second, dime size, hard white mass come out of my vagina, since the cramping started 4days ago. I am 11wks postpartum and had bleeding up until a week ago, 10wks postpartum. Saw my OB who did an ultrasound, 2wks ago, and said my lining was irregularly thick and that she saw something inside my uterus but she didn't know what it was. She sent me for a blood test and all levels came back normal. She had to cancel my follow up for an emergency csection and I haven't been able to get another appt yet. I'm very worried about these two hard, white/pink masses that have now passed. What could it be? Is it something I need to be seen immediately for?
