Hi. I'm 29, 5'10, about 150lbs and have mostly regular cycles (usually about 30-38 day cycles). For some reason recently i seem to only bleed while urinating. My menstrual cycles have also become increasingly painful and my abdomen becomes distended. Although I assume this is due to gas build up during my period, it's getting worse. Should I be concerned? I've never had problems in the past, other than cramping, but this is much more severe. My period also coincides with diarrhea.
