The most probable cause of such symptoms of bad sensitivity to the right of your stomach and back can be due to : -Herpes zoster- it shows the redness after a few days - never immediately on symptoms. -Muscular strain / sprain -Internal problems of the liver, gall bladder , kidney, large intestine. I would advise you the following: -Blood, urine and stool tests. -Ultrasonography of the abdomen. -X-ray Chest for any underlying lung/ pleura issue. The treatment will necessarily be as per the findings on clinical examination and investigations reports.
