General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there!
Infection of your Kidneys may cause these symptoms when it spills over into the blood.
The heart rate and tiredness should all come down with the treatment of the infection.
If it still persists beyond that, get a Cardiac checkup and Thyroid hormone levels done to rule out heart problems and thyroid problems.
All these things only after your infection has been treated.
Take care n get well soon.
Hopefully this helps.
