What Causes Pulsations In Stomach And Above The Naval?

I am a 47 year old woman.

I began having one beat in my stomach above the navel to the side which started a day ago. Today there seems to be 2 different beats left and right side. What could this be? My other query is i had missed monthly menstruation for about 5-6 months. A month and a half ago i had what appears menstruation for almost month and half. It began with bleeding clots and then blood flow. Blood flow has ceased now but am getting spotting some days and nothing at all other days. What is the problem?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be the peristalsis wave and it may not be due to any disease, you have not mentioned your age but it could be said from the history given or a symptoms stated that it is the menopause and may not be anything unless the age is different hope this information helps.
