What Causes Pressure In Eyes Post Cataract Surgery In Reading Eye?

I previously had monovision lasik correction which lasted 4 years and was wonderful. I recently had cataract surgery done in my reading eye, and now I have double vision. If I close my reading eye, I can see distance perfectly. If I close my distance eye, I can read perfectly. Open both eyes, and I feel like too much light is distorting my vision. Was my reading eye over corrected?
