Should Lumigan Be Continued After Cataract Surgery?
I have Glaucoma and have been taking Lumigan for 2 years. I just had cataract surgery 2 days ago. Do I continue taking the Lumigan? After taking Lumigan, my eye became crusty but I need to take three eye drops post cataract surgery. How long do I have to wait before I can wipe my eyes of excess Lumigan and then proceed with other eyedrops?

* The Lumigan contains Bematoprost which is a prostaglandin analog affecting production of acqueous humor helping glaucoma conditions.
* The drops can be consumed with other medications keeping a gap of 2-3 hours period during application
* So far as the wiping of eyes are concerned, you can wipe your eyes after 24 hours of cataract surgery without any problems.
