What Causes Pounding Heart Beat, Fever And Blue Finger After Injury?

My 6 year old son has a concussion. This happened 4 days ago, we have been to the hospital twice and was told he should rest. My son has had no energy, has headaches, he is hot to the touch and sometimes as a fever. This started 3 days ago and hasn t stop. Today his hands and feet are frozen but the rest of his body is hotter than normal, no fever at the moment. The tip of his fingers are a little blue as well.He is lying still resting and his little heart is pounding. Wondering if this will pass and is part of his head injury or is this a bug of somekind that his body is fighting?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to shock and not because of anything wrong or any systemic pathology, moral support is the best option and everything would be fine soon, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
