Gall bladder polyps are abnormal accumulations of mucous membrane of its wall. These are generally benign lesions and it is an incidental finding. It generally doesn't require any treatment. However, coexisting calculus with polyps may need surgical removal of gall bladder. You need follow up ultrasound to seen for any increase in size.It there is change in appearance or look like malignant then surgical removal can be considered.
