At night I am getting a pins and needles sensation. At first it was just on the ab and back but now I am experiencing it on my upper arms and legs. Certain fabrics seem to irritate it more. . Coolness lessons the feelings. In order to sleep I have to distract my mind by concentrating on other things. I have noticed it some other years but never as bad as this winter. there is no pain except a burning that some times i think is the pricking feeling. it is such now i can no longer ignore.
