What Causes Pins And Needles In Chest With Pain?

been having pins & needles in my chest with pain in my right leg & feeling dizzy with what feels like my hearts missing a beat or skipping or something. told my gp today who did ecg showing delay & something about t waves have to have holter monitor out on next monday. what does any this mean or is it just precautionary

I can understand your situation and problem.
Your ecg is having abnormality. The words you are using like dekay and t wave abnormality, point towards either heart block or ischeamic changes.
So better to get done holter monitoring as well as 2d echo and stress test.
Holter monitoring is continuous 24 recording of ecg. So it will be helpful in diagnosis of heart block.
2d echo and stress test are needed to diagnose t wave abnormality and ischaemia is a cause.
So consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
