Hello dear Understand your concern. Never take abortion pill -misoprostol without guidance of gynecologist. It is illegal use and cause excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion. Misoprostol causes uterine contraction lead to passage of blood clots that is implantation product. It means abortion process is start. But you should confirm the incomplete abortion by USG after 7-10 days by gynecologist. If incomplete abortion is there, you can go for surgical procedure to remove remain product. Also check for foul smells discharge to prevent vaginal infections. Use safer sex practice to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
