I WAS TOLD THAT MY VENTRICLES HAD AN EXTRA BEAT SO WHEN THE HEART BEATS WITH THE EXTRA BEAT THE HEART DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO FILL UP WITH BLOOD, AND THEN ON THE NEXT BEAT IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE KNOCKS THE BREATH OUT OF ME, WHY CAN'T DOCTORS FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME?

HI
Well come to HCM
I had gone through the history given here, let me inform you that WPW is the congenital type of disease and the symptoms varies according to age the most common symptoms is tachycardia, breathing difficulty, palpitation, chest pain.
The condition can be managed in many ways right from the ablation to anti-arrhythmic drug, according age, cardiac finding, symptoms managed being initiated.
In early years of life condition may not be manifested but as patient becomes older cardiac symptoms start manifesting, regular follow up and proper management is important for better life and normal expectancy, hope this information helps.
