hello. i just started taking protein shakes, last time i took i had palpitations and vomitting, headaches red eyes and chest pain. this time i took one scoop only after dinner blended with milk and banana it caused itchiness in my throat and same palpitations and chest pain

You may need to stop taking this protein shake you are having. It seems like you are having an allergic reaction to it. Stop taking it and if you develop any swelling in face, go to the ER.
