I have been having pain on both sides of my pelvic area where the ovaries are. I always had extremely heavy periods. The pain started about 2 or 3 months ago maybe more. I was with my ex at the time, and he ejaculated in me. But I never got pregnant. I had got to periods during the time we were trying. I went to the hospital for appendicitis in March, and when the doctor was doing the surgery he told me that my left ovary looked like something was wrong with it but he did not know what. So long story short all they did was a ultrasound and said everything looked fine. These are the same people who did the ultrasound of my appendix and said everything was fine, but when I got a cat scan they rushed to immediate surgery. I am with my current boyfriend and we have been trying for 1. Month to get me pregnant and nothing. Also I meant to mention at first it was pain in the left and now both. What could this be? Also I m 18 years old if that helps
