What Causes Pain In My Knee And Lower Back?

Hi I have had a fall resulting in pain in my knee and lower left back. My MRI shows nothing but the pain is still unbearable and preventing sleep and giving pain if sat in a position or standing in a position for more than 20 mins. I also experience pain in my left side and have agonising headaches what could this be

After going through your query I came to know that you suffering from injury left back and knee.You can get your x Ray done to rule out fracture however it does not look like so. Its treatment is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
