Hi,

According to your history

-Poly cystic ovary syndrome presents with irregular periods, anovulation, insulin resistance, hirsutism etc.
-Because of that you may be having irregular periods.

-Myo inositol and fopymin prescribed by your doctor by decreasing the testosterone levels and increasing the insulin sensitivity helps to decrease the severity of PCOS symptoms.
-Clomiphene helps to induce the ovulation. According to your previous follicular study, you may need to increase the dose in next cycle or have to shift to letrozole with your doctor's advice.
-Lupigest contains progesterone, it helps to regularize the menstrual cycles.

Regarding pain abdomen, as you didn't have pain while using Tarana, the combined hormonal pills, it indicates that:
-As ovulation will be suspended while using combined hormonal pills, you are getting pain during ovulation in natural cycles when not on pills.

It is called Mittelschmerz pain. Analgesic drugs, hormonal pills can help to decrease this pain.

As you are trying to conceive now hormonal pills are not recommended, so you can try analgesics during the ovulatory period with your doctor's advice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri SR
