What Causes Pain In Left Side Of Brain With Double Vision?

for the last few days I have been getting sharp pains to th left side of my brain the after the pain comes real bad double vision then that turns into quadruple vision then the sharp pain last about 10 minutes and my vision problem last up to two minutes. and during this time it feels like my eyes are going crossed and like something is pulling my eyes downward ,,,,,,,,what could cause this

double vision can not be linked to brain pain, since no other symptoms of nausea vomiting pupil constriction etc are present. how ever MRI of brain can betaken.With report neurologist can be consulted. Most important vision, refractionocularmuscle movement, Cover test to see bino ocular fixationis to be examined. Myasthenia graves is to be excluded. General examination to exclude diabetes hypertension to be excluded. Underline cause is to be treated. refractive error correction or prismatic correction may be given if required. Head tilt position have to be observed.
