Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your most probable diagnosis from history :
1.Acute pharyngitis or
2.Upper respiratory tract infection

It can be viral infection as sore throat common by virus

Investigation needed : CBC and ASO titre

If needed antibiotic course like amoxicillin plus clavulenic acid given for three to five days

For Symptomatic relief decongestant like phenylephrine or diphenhydramine can be prescribed

Salt water gargle done three times a day

Take vitamin C lozenges four times a day for three days

Paracetamol can taken for headache

Steam inhalation beneficial

Drink more water

Headache, exhaustion can occur in such case as a constitutional symptom

Consult physician for examination and discuss all this that I have explained to you
