What Causes Pain In Ankle ?

Hi, i am 13 years old and am a male. I am about 130 LBS and Very healthy. I have a unexplainable pain in my ankle/heal area and my left wrist and the pain is only in my left side of both parts only. it generally strikes when i exhale or get up from a chair, but only lasts about a quarter or a second. the only way i can explain my pain is that its like... a tingly hollow like feel. I Skateboard a lot and i want to know if this might be the cause. This has been annoying me for about 4 days now, Please help me! Thanks, Tyler

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
Since you say you have a tingling feeling, it could me something neurological. Do you feel any muscle weakness in the limbs. It appears to be something in the spinal cord because it is affected only when you stand up. You may need to get s spine MRI to confirm. Best approach would be if you consult a Neurologist regarding the further steps to take and proper solution. Do it as soon as possible.
