What Causes Pain Above Belly Button On Both Sides?
I am 20 years old and for the last 8 weeks I've been experiencing really bad nausea an dizzyness. I went to see my Dr and had a blood test done and did a urine sample which came back normel. Now I'm still feeling very sick and I've started getting period pains quite often and every now and agian sharp pains just above my belly button and to each side. I had 2 periods within 4 weeks, one of them being extremely light and the others a bit lighter than usual. I've done 4 pregnancy tests but all nevative. What could this be??
Hi. Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. Since the Pregnancy tests are negative, the worry is concentrated on getting a proper diagnosis. This is possible by Consulting a Gynecologist for the irregularity in periods and a Gastroenterologist to examine you physically, and get you investigated: Ct scan of the abdomen, Upper GI and Lower GI Endoscopy, tests of blood, urine and stool. This will give the proper diagnosis and treatment .
