hi, i am living inthe philippines as an expat. i lost 45lb in just 4 months walking in the heat but now am experiencing numbness in rt thigh and small toes on rt side. mild back ache lower back. doing some sciatica stretch exercises but would like to see chiropractor for adjustment but none here. pls help thanks jay, laoag city, philippines

IF possible please get the MRI done . this is the the only sure-shot ways to know the reason / diagnosis.
A proper diagnosis i the most important thing as this is the only way to get a proper treatment.
