Hello Dr Faisal here,
I have read and understood your query, I will suggest you to work up for root cause of these increasing symptoms. numbness of face and tongue can be an integral part of a seizure or it can be a manifestation of cause of seizure. (a brain stem lesion or hypercalcemia can lead to a numb face and tongue and a seizure).a stress occasionally can leads to start of seizures . i would like you to go for an MRI brain and rest of basic chemistry profile including electrolytes calcium and magnesium.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care
Regards.
