General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These all symptoms suggest a generalized neuropathy that is problem in the nerves. There can be due to following reasons: thyroid, disk disease; nutritional deficiency like Vitamin B12 or by infections and many more. If there is a balance problem too, it can be Vitamin B12 deficiency.

Whatever it is you need to see a doctor preferably a neurologist who would do a detailed examination and make a plan ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman
