General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Although this is a rare presentation but your observation is so good and perfect.

If you are feeling any pain in the testicles even after the kick in the testicles, there is a possibility of you being suffered from '' mumps Orchitis.
The viruses that cause mumps also can affect the testicles, the fist sign is loss of normal testicular sensation.

I would advise you the following:
-Get a consultation of the Urologist or a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and actual physical examination.
-Ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum
-Semen analysis
See for Gynecomastia
-Blood hormones - particularly the testosterone level.

The treatment will be as per the clinical findings and the reports of the tests.
