What Causes Right-sided Numbness And Tingling Sensation On The Neck?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The MRI would have determined if there is any structural reason for your symptoms eg if there are masses or lesions present.

Since this has been ruled out, other causes of these symptoms would need to be found.

Numbness and tingling would be due to neuropathy, this is abnormal function of the nerves.
There are different causes such as: (1) low levels of vitamin b12 and folate
(2)diabetes
(3)abnormal levels of vitamin b6
(4)thyroid disease
(5)liver or kidney disease
(6)side effect of medications
(7)infection such as shingles
(8)autoimmune diseases such as lupus or ra
(9)stroke or MS

It would be best to see a neurologist for assessment which would include physical examination and blood tests.
Nerve conduction tests to see how the nerves are working , may also be suggested.

I hope this helps
